Founded in 2001, Schurman Family Farm is a 4-acre certified organic greenhouse located in Kensington, Prince Edward Island. All year-round Marc, Krista, their family and their team grow delicious organic produce such as cucumbers, tomatoes, grape tomatoes, peppers and greens for our Island community. The farm has been a vendor at the Charlottetown and Summerside Farmers markets since 2012. Their children, Ben, Quinton, and Samantha, still play an active role on the farm and at the markets, along with Marc’s mother, Norma, and sister, Shelley.

The Schurmans also sell to wholesale markets across the Atlantic region branded as Atlantic Grown Organics. Schurman Family farm is committed to creating a food system that is respectful of the environment, the quality of the products we grow, and the local community we serve.
