1. Acceptance of new applications is space dependent.
  2. New applicants must apply between February 1st and no later than March 1st. Late
    applications may be considered based on Market needs.
  3.  A non-refundable application fee of $25 is due after submitting your application. Please e-transfer to Only completed applications may be received by the Market Manager.
  4. Completed applications are forwarded to the Board for consideration.
  5. Applications accepted by the Board will be retained on file until the end of January each year. Please read our Operations Policies & Procedures and our Co-op By-laws prior to submitting your application.
