Sarah Forrester Wendt is a whole foods chef, specializing in organic seasonal vegan cooking. She has attended the Kushi Institute in Becket, Massachusetts studying macrobiotic theory, cooking and shiatsu, and has been the executive Chef at fine dining restaurants, done lots of catering, cooking classes and workshops. She was also the owner and chef of the now-closed resturant My Plum, My Duck in Charlottetown PEI.
