Hola! My name is Claudia Perez.

When I first started sharing my authentic Mexican dishes on social media, I noticed a demand for Mexican flavours here in PEI. So, I began offering take-out dishes from my home in 2012 and not long after that, the demand grew, so I expanded my family business to the local Charlottetown farmer’s market.

Since then, it has become my passion for satisfying customers with unique, authentic, and flavourful dishes from my country of origin: México. Since 2019, my son Alejandro has been more involved and took over the family business to help both the business grow and himself as a young entrepreneur. We only use the best ingredients in our food, we support fellow vendors at the Charlottetown Farmer’s Market, and 80% of our ingredients are gluten-free and GMO-free.
