NEW APPLICANTS (Applications for Wednesday and Saturday Markets are CLOSED untill further notice)

  1. Acceptance of new applications is space dependent.
  2. Applicants for our all year-round Saturday Markets must apply between February 1st and no later than March 1st . Late applications may be considered based on Market needs.
  3. Applicants for our “Art and Lunch” Wednesday Markets (Starting July 2nd and ending August 27th) must apply between March 1st and no later than April 1st. Please be advised that an approval to these markets does not guarantee an approval to our regular Saturday markets, please apply in February if you’d like to be considered for Saturdays.
  4.  A non-refundable application fee of $25 is due after submitting your application. Please e-transfer to cfmpayments@gmail.com. Only completed applications may be received by the Executive Director of the market.
  5. Completed applications are forwarded to the Board for consideration.
  6. Applications accepted by the Board will be retained on file until the end of January each year. Please read our Governance Policies, Operations Policies & Procedures and our Co-op By-laws prior to submitting your application.
