Dal’s Kitchen’s owner cooks with love and passion. It was her dream to do this and had culinary classes before she got started. Her ability comes from her family as well.

She runs her small business in Charlottetown Farmers Market and gets catering orders. She prepares PEI products with the inspiration of Turkish and Greek cuisine.

Ferhat, her husband, helps and supports her. They like to support the community and be part of it
