Fresh Start Fauxmage
Fresh Start Fauxmage was born on PEI, Canada’s Food Island, in 2016 to address my inability to source great tasting plant-based cheese alternatives. Being surrounded by some of the world’s finest seafood, vegetables, fruits and berries and a deep culture of culinary excellence, I was inspired to perfect a line of world class nut- based cheese alternatives.
Fresh Start Fauxmage was incorporated in 2017 and we moved quickly from supplying local Farmers’ Markets to exporting to specialty stores and Sobeys all over the Atlantic Provinces. We ow have distribution in Ontario and BC and have interest from overseas markets.
We produce out of Bio Food Tech in Charlottetown, PEI and make six different flavours from the finest ingredients we can source. Our bold flavours and luxurious textures delight consumers and make six different flavours of dairy free cheese from all backgrounds and our products can be used to elevate any meal, snack or appetizer.
