Grass-fed lamb, naturally grown vegetables, gluten-free hot meals, salsa, eggs, mint herbal tea and open-pollinated seeds. We grow Painted Mountain Corn for our tortillas that we make fresh every week. We grow the Pinto Beans that fill our tortillas, the greens that cover our taco plates, and all of the other ingredients for toppings that make our tacos a unique and truly local Island eating experience. All of our food is gluten-free, and is grown from open- pollinated seeds, which enables us to save our seed each year for replanting. Member since 2012.
